Quote 04.20.12Name Purge on May 15th
On May 15th, 2012, Kru will be doing a purge to remove any inactive characters in order to free up names. The purge will affect characters that are on unregistered accounts that have not been registered since May 15th, 2011 and characters that are not on any account. Accounts that have been registered at any time during the last year and characters created within one month of the purge date will not be affected.
Not that anyone on this site plays or cares about DA anymore, but I just figured I'd pass it along anyway. :)

01.11.12Temuair's Battle of the Wits!
The mundanes of Temuair are shocked by the lack of Lore and knowledge of Temuair and Medenia, They wonder if any of the Aislings truly know anything or if they are all just spoiled-rotten! King Bruce has ordered the Suomi Troupe, and Hadrian the Suomi Wizard to host a Battle of the Wits to prove whom is the smartest Aisling in Temuair, if one might exist -- The King has given Gracious rewards to the Burgess of Suomi to be given to the winner(s) and some to the Audience.
The Battle of Wits will take place in Suomi Garamonde Theatre, all Aislings are recommended to show, they sha'll not be disappointed. There may only be one winner, there will be a round of 50 questions written by the Suomi Wizard himself; Hadrian. He has allowed there to be three winners of the first 50; question round... But, there will be a Final round for only the three winners; that contains 10 questions for the winner.
(( This event will take place starting on Saturday January 14th at 5 pm PST/6 pm MST/7 pm CST/8 pm EST This is a Suomi Troupe event, so please be on your best behavior. ))

Oren Ball Event

Once again King Oren cordially invites ALL Aislings to the Annual Oren Ball!! This event is an open invitation. Bring a date, or come by yourself to a wonderful night of food, drinks, music and dancing. Original formal clothing will be provided by the lovely Ertha prior to the start of the event.
The Oren Ball will have an occupancy limit. Aislings can enter the Ball until the maximum capacity has been reached. Aislings can enter as other Aisling leave.

"The Red Moon has come to haunt the lands of Temuair. Many Deochs ago, a demon sorcerer was vanquished from Temuair. Before his defeat, the sorcerer placed a curse on the lands, the curse of the Red Moon. The Mundanes were worried at first, but after many Deochs, a red moon never appeared. It was assumed that there was no curse and no one ever spoke of it again. But 40 Deochs ago, a full red moon hovered the sky above Temuair and it returns again. Legend has it, those who stare at the moon will succumb to its power."
***The Count and Countess of Macabre***
“The Count and Countess of Macabre have come to Temuair. They are a dangerous and evil couple. The Count is an emotional monster with an affinity towards bats. The Countess is a deceptively beautiful monster, but in the right light you will see her true nature. They will leave a path of death and destruction if they are not dealt with. Items won't break on death or won't perish on death in this map.
***Mummy Attack***
Speak to the Haunted Oak Tree to enter this Halloween Event. Items won't break on death or won't perish on death in this map. Registered characters and insight 1-98 can participate.
***Try To Scare Me***
Try to come up with the scariest outfit to scare Sennaan. You will be rewarded once you scared him.
