08.05.10 Paradise Event
"Feeling a bit tired lately? Getting worn from killing monsters in those heavy armors, wielding those large blades? Getting stressed dealing with Aisling complaints? If you answered yes to these question, then come on down and relax in Paradise! Beautiful white sandy beaches with miles of blue ocean waters. Take a nice swim in the cool clear waters, or have a nice refreshing cocktail right on the beach. We have many activities in store for you. You can go fishing for special fish that only inhabit these waters. For the adventurous, you can search for buried chests, containing valuable treasures."

Quest will be available through Ruba.
Safe Beach
Quest will be available through Ruba with rewards including:
Pet Red Starfish
Legend Mark
Experience points & ability points (exp/ap is determined by your insight and ability)
Golden Starfish
Golden Starfish will also wash up along Lynith Beach during the Paradise Event. You will be rewarded with a Legend Mark along with experience and ability points.
**Golden Starfish will be removed from unregistered characters**
Players can access the area from Lynith Beach. You can learn how to swim at the Mileth, Rucesion, and Tagor Inn.
((This event will start on Thursday, Aug. 12th and will end on Friday, Aug. 27th. Only registered characters and insight 10 and above may participate.))

08.04.10 Server Maintenance
On August 5th between 3:00-4:00PM PST, there will be a scheduled server reset. The servers will be down for about 10-15 minutes. Thank you for your cooperation.

We are aware of the recent lag issues with Dark Ages, we have addressed the problem and things should be back to normal. We will eventually provide compensation to all players, but we need to make sure the problem has been completely resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tentative release date for Aman Jungle is set for August 19th, 2010.
Several areas of Aman Jungle can be accessed during this release. More areas and quests to be released in the upcoming months.

As I'm sure several of you noticed, PDA went down last night for today's surprise: the forum software has been updated for the first time in years. This is pretty exciting, and something I've wanted to do for a while now. Every time a major update comes through, there are always hiccups. We're all going to be finding glitches for the next few weeks, and I'll do my best to patch those up as we go along. IPB3 has a lot of nifty new features. Private messages are now grouped by conversation, Gmail-style. There's support for getting notices when someone replies to a post of yours. Code posts can now have syntax highlighting. And, at last, we finally have the blog system I promised you guys late last year.The process took a while, since all of the old posts, topics and PMs had to be converted to the new format. We hopefully will not need to go back down again for any further maintenance for quite some time. If we have to go down for further maintenance in the near future, it should not be for nearly so long. Thanks, everyone, for your patience during the transition.
LOGIN NOTE: It looks like the some or all accounts are having their passwords reverted to passwords used a long time ago. I'm not seeing an easy way to fix that at the moment, but if you can't login, try your older passwords. If those don't work, try the password recovery. If that doesn't pan out, make an account and PM me and we'll work something out.

07.02.10 Fireworks!
Suffering from boredom, King Bruce has requested a fireworks show from one of the court jesters. Francis, the fireworks jester, will appear in front of Loures Castle and perform a fireworks show once every Temuairian day (every 3 hours). Francis will also be selling fireworks (for in-game gold).
((This event will begin on July 3rd and will end on July 9th.))
