That's all I have to say.
Watching the HP movies ruined the HP books for me, unfortunately. The world Rawlings or whoever created came crashing down when I saw the hideous movies.

I totally dig the books, especially after the 3rd. The movies were entertaining fluff. They did a reasonable job considering the time constraints and change of media, but I haven't a clue how they're going to do Goblet of Fire. The book's twice as long as the 3rd, (twice as dark, too!) and they already cut out too much from the other movies. This one has the serious likelyhood of totally biting.
But book 6... mmmmm... I can't wait!
See my art and photos! NOW!!!

On topic:
Not a fan of reading, but a fan of the HP movies.
Looking at the people instead of imagining them in your had is SOOO much better.
And because Emma Watson is hot in the 3rd movie.

...I need to go to the library and get it.
Anyways, one more book after this one. Then Harry Potter is gone. Forever.

Didn't order it though, popping up at midnight at the local Wal-Mart is so much more fun.

Book 5... Was horrible. It came out when the series was popularized. There were all kinds of littles kids and angry looking people crawling all over the place. I swear they somehow packed 300 people into that building. I hated them all. All the middle aged people groaning and yelling at their brats, who were running around in capes and using fake British accents (this was the part that really urked me).
Now when this one comes out, Im grabbing a cup of coffee from the Starbucks that attached to Barnes and Nobles, and Im going to hid in the music section.
I just wish Kezef and Tabb were still around. We had an interesting conversation in the thread for Order of the Pheonix. Kez posted this link, which to this day I still find funny. http://web.njit.edu/~pm44/raid.mpg
*Sigh* Memories.

A fist fight scene between Ron and Harry would be very much appriciated. Because Ron would definatly kick Harry's ass.

On a side note, I preordered it in London, the books covers are different as well as some of the language. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is Voldemort in the UK while You-Know-Who is Voldemort in the US.
