I will kick and scream
Or kneel and plead
I'll fight like hell to hide that I've given up!

I would not be caught dead doing Nexon's job, no sirree, unless of course the fun you poke at them is true and they simply feed the monkey that pushes the buttons all day.

I was thinking the same thing when I read it.

Actually, this is bad news.

It means that Nexon is hireing someone to stand for all costumer support, for all their games. And that that same person is supposed to do news updating too.

What exactly is the rest of the employees doing then? They cant all be programming, then we would see a lot more than one tiny update every 2 months.

I don't think dealing with dumbasses all day would make me want to play the game that they are all complaining about... Uhm.. Yeh.

who in their right mind would want to work for nexon 0.0 the only good point would be if you got their games for free, but then again youd have to listen to everones complaints about nexon that would get sereously annoying after a short period of time >.<

Oh noooo... stop right away :(

Anyways, I will much rather pay my 20$ a month and not having to put up with all the stupid requests, suggestions and whinings the players send to the DA team.

If I were to work on DA, I wanted to work on the development of the game, not just pleasing the masses of the players with pointless answers.

By doing this, Nexon openly admit that the persons handling the support doesnt have any direct idea of what is going on in the making of the game.

one time the account guy said he had 1200 e-mails in his e-mail box when he got back on monday.

Lots were spam though;p

but basically you read lots of e-mail, learn after a while nothing the players suggest tend to become something used due to being to much work or just not able to be done.

Reading lots of e-mails 50% get the plain thank you for your input, 20% are ranger issues, 10% are people who are pissed for getting blocked/jailed/wiped, and the rest are people wanting to be reseted for lag death etc.
